Born in 1889 in Lisbon-Belém.
Father: King Charles I of Portugal. Mother: Queen Amelia of Orleans.
Married in 1913 in Sigmaringen, Germany Princess Augusta Victoria of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen (*1890 Potsdam,
+1966 Münchhöf).
He was never crowned.
Deposed in 1910 by revolution and exiled in Great Britain.
Died in 1932 in Twickenham, Great Britain.
Buried in the Church of Sao Vicente in Lisbon (1932).
