1918-1944: CHRISTIAN X (Kristján X; King of Denmark)
Born in 1870 in Charlottenlund near Copenhagen.
Father: King Frederick VIII of Denmark. Mother: Queen Louise of Sweden-Norway.
Married in 1898 in Cannes Princess Alexandrine of Mecklenburg-Schwerin (*1879 Schwerin,+1952 Hellerup.
He was never crowned in Iceland.
His issue who reigned: Frederick IX (*1899,+1972; King of Denmark).
Deposed in 1944.
Died in 1947 in Copenhagen.
Buried with his Queen Alexandrine in Roskilde Cathedral, Denmark.
