Kathy's Beef Pot Roast

 4 lbs. Beef chuck roast
1 tab spoon oil – 1 tees salt – ? tes pepper
6 mdn onions chopped
1 ?  cup beef broth – ? cup beer
2 tab brown sugar – 3 tab Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of vinegar

Brown beef over med-high heat
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Place onions in a slow cooker – beef on onions
Pour over beef and onions – cook on low
8 to 10 hours
Remove beef – cut in strips or slices
Serve beef with juices
12 servings.
