Kathy's Beef Pot Roast
4 lbs. Beef chuck roast
1 tab spoon oil 1 tees salt ? tes pepper
6 mdn onions chopped
1 ? cup beef broth ? cup beer
2 tab brown sugar 3 tab Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of vinegar
Brown beef over med-high heat
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Place onions in a slow cooker beef on onions
Pour over beef and onions cook on low
8 to 10 hours
Remove beef cut in strips or slices
Serve beef with juices
12 servings.
