President Bush has been holding Iyad Allawi up as a loyal ally in Iraq. As a hand-picked prime minister, Allawi did his duty when he visited Washington a few months ago. Some observers thought Allawi and Bush actually had the same speech writers.
Now, it seems Allawi is not happy with the U.S., laying the blame for the executions of 51 new soldiers.
Here at home, the White House can't even keep a government agency in line. A NASA official says -- sit down for this -- that the Bush administration stifles scientific evidence of global warning.
