Update - Review: Trails Map Back Side

The image to the right is a clickable PDF file. This is the proposed "back side" for the West Seattle Trails map. There are several sections, including a description of (hopefully) all West Seattle neighborhoods, and a bit of background history of each area along with a listing of trails which residents have previously and continuously identified as "priority" trails, that is, trails which get heavy use and which could use some infrastructure improvements.

There is also a section on local community-based resources and how to contact them. The goal is to issue periodic updates of the map, front and back sides, and to include an ever-widening and deepening community of West Seattleites who know their part of town really well and who call each other neighbor, even though they may live miles apart, they might share the same ridgeline or valley floor. The kiosks would also be periodically updated to reflect the revised maps. Certain kiosks may, in fact, turn out to be heavily-trafficked community bulletin boards - that was certainly the indication from a large number of neighbhorhoods identified as wayfinding crossroads.

Corrections and other requested changes should be sent, via email, to Seth Schromen-Wawrin (seth@feetfirst.info), and Chas Redmond (credmond@mac.com). Comments are always welcome.
