VR scene South Saskatchewan River in Saskatoon

This is a VR scene. VR scenes consist of embedded VR images with links so that from within one VR you can look around, zoom in and out and when the bullseye cursor turns into an arror, click and link directly to another embedded VR. This scene contains 6 embedded VRs which are located as shown on the map below. Before you can navigate from VR to VR, however, the entire file must be loaded. It's a 19 megabyte file so even on superfast broadband, this will take a couple of minutes. Once fully loaded though, you can click your way along the South Saskatchewan River in the heart of Saskatoon, and check out this Saskatchewan city and their scenic riverscape. To see the link spots, click on the Question Mark in the QuickTime control panel above. Direct link to VR file is http://homepage.mac.com/credmond/SaskatoonScene.mov. If you download this file, or have QuickTime Pro and save as QT movie from this page, and I would encourage you to do so since it will respond much faster on a hard drive than over broadband, then you also have to download the hot spot file. This is a small (4 kilobytes) file which is located at homepage.mac.com/credmond/FileSharing98.html. Both the .mov file and the .hot file need to be in the same directory, but that directory can be anywhere on your drive, nested or not. The map below identifies the node points for the embedded VRs. The start node is identified by a double-line circle and is at the northeast edge of town looking southwest. The link lines indicate which VRs link to which other VRs within the scene.
