Sun - July 10, 2005Podcast MechanicsIn this 9 minute audio exposition I explain how
my podcasts are created. The essay is applicable to anyone using Windows,
Macintosh or Linux (or any BSD or *nix system with appropriate shareware or open
source libraries). The methodology I use is more complicated than necessary
because I'm recording the audio while walking which requires a bit of editing to
remove pauses and hard breaths (I'm climbing hills while talking). This was
recorded on Friday, July 8,
2005.

nicknames we come up with are for our cities and regions and others impact us in

effects of this ubiquitous domestic approach to "naming" things, places,
companies and people.

represents probably the shortest MP3 I'll likely
publish.
