Moving Details, Christmas in SF and Disco's Bone
So the movers are coming 8AM Monday morning. I
can't believe I got it all together in a week. Disco still has no idea. Scott,
her dog walker, was very sad. He was supposed to take her for a short walk
yesterday, but as of 7PM she wasn't home yet. For a second, I really thought she
was being dog-napped! But she finally came home and gave scott her last
good-byes. Scott gave me mug with Disco's picture on it. Very
nice.
My car's being shipped on New Years Day
and I think my Superman Warhol will be shipped on Tuesday. But I'm realizing
that if all the furniture and everything leaves Monday morning. I have nothing
for a week. Disco's custom crate is being built and won't be ready until After
New Years. That's at least a week without anything in SF. I'm thinking I'll
sleep at Cousin Andy's for a few nights.
Its
gonna be so weird to see this place empty. 4 years (minus one month). The crazy
thing is that I can't keep paying rent in NY if I stay. So that means buying
something within two years and moving
AGAIN!
Today was another amazing day weather
wise. Cold in the morning, but as soon as the sun hits, nothing more than a
T-shirt is needed. The view from the top of Dolores Park was SO beautiful last
night and this morning. I can't take enough pictures of it. I just have to
remember.
Getting cold just thinking of NY!
