Qwest Sucks

Wouldn't you know it, as soon as I move my site into
my apartment, my internet goes down. I have been down since last thursday and
thankfully Jeff came through with a toner, punch down and some cable.
When I called to tell Qwest about my trouble I was immediately told about a DNS problem that they were having, well I already knew and my buddy Austin and set up a DNS server on my rfitch.net box to avoid their sucky one. I tried to explain that I had a different problem but got no where. On top of that I was told that I would have to wait a week to get someone out to fix it.
SCREW THAT!
Thankfully no one locks the doors for the telco rooms and Jeff and I were able to punch down my cable pair that was disconnected for some reason. Damn Qwest, damn them all to hell.
If you want something done right, do it yourself. Or ask Jeff.
