Quick Call of the Night



Imagine my surprise when I saw on CNN's Election results webpage that they called the MD Senate race for Cardin.

So I clicked on the 'Updated Results' link and got this result:



Lets see... Only 1% of the vote is in, and Steele is up by 12%, and CNN calls the race for Cardin???

Now Cardin may well still win, but come on......

UPDATE: The Corner shows Steele only down a couple of thousand votes, and Steele is refusing to concede, despite all the networks calling against him...

UPDATE II: Here is the latest from CNN.... Steele up 2%, but Cardin still "winning"
