For anyone who thinks that tax cuts contribute to the budget deficit should take a look at this picture. Since the President's tax cuts in May 2003, things have been looking up, up, up! Damn if that Laffer guy wasn't right, with his infamous curve.

Maybe its the massive spending that might have something to do with that pesky deficit......
