What if Fox News threw a Democratic Debate....



....and nobody showed up? Would anybody notice?

Actually, I have a piece of advice for Roger Ailes.

Take that time you were going to allot for the Democratic Party Debate, and fill it with any empty stage with empty lecterns. Then every few minutes, put a title bar on the screen with different debate topics.

Such as:
"DEMOCRATS PRESENT IDEAS ON WINNING THE WAR" <crickets> <crickets> <crickets>
"DEMOCRATS PRESENT IDEAS ON SAVING SOCIAL SECURITY" <tumbleweeds>
"DEMOCRATS PRESENT IDEAS ON CUTTING PORK” <cold wind>



I would venture to say that the result would be much the same had the Democrats showed up....

It is really too bad that they had to kowtow to their most virulent faction. The same nutroots who actually believe (and produce) stuff like this:
