Amazing how polite and amiable some superstar designers are. Yesterday I emailed mr. Erik Spiekermann about some errors regarding the Romanian sample of his ubiquitous font Meta in the FontFont catalogue page linked on his blog.

For those who don't know, he is a major contemporary designer and typographer, founder of MetaDesign and FontShop International, one of Germany's leading authorities on typography, vice president of German Design Council, president of International Institute of Information Design and professor at the Academy of Arts in Bremen.

His long list of titles did not prevent him from kindly replying today from San Francisco, thanking me and pointing that he was suspicious also about the Romanian sample paragraph. What can I say? -- a real pleasure.
