I was a new kinder in town, clutching my portfolio under the secretary's curious looks in BBDO's lobby — 1996, ten years ago — totally lost and terrified. Then I was interviewed by Diana and Puiu and at one point they called someone to see me and Bose stepped in. I still remember all this very well, my sense of being totally overwhelmed by being interviewed by this person I've only seen on TV, his pedant choice of words and black outfit.

Bose passed away a couple of days ago. May he rest in peace.
