Note: Apple raised its some
prices at the end of November due to the further weakening of the Australian dollar
(against the US dollar and other major currencies); some press reports indicated
that PC manufacturers would try to keep their some prices down until after Christmas.
However, compare the base price of the HP brio ba 410 with its price in October
(below): $190 increase.
