MY RUNNING PROGRAM:
    12 miles per week: 1 to 2 sessions of 4 - 8 intense repeats on the
    track combined with 2 to 3 miles at a casual pace on the road,
    weight training, or rest on days inbetween

SHOES OF CHOICE:
    New Balance NB998 for the trails
    New Balance NB665 for the road (made in 1995, last pair)
    New Balance RC220 for races
    Brooks Cheetah or New Balance RC220 for intervals on the track
    Nike Rival for trials/races on the track
