Ok, boys and girls in Internet-land, I need your help again. My publisher wants me to come up with a list of people whom we might approach to write blurbs on the back of the new book. On the old book we had Len Sweet, Brian McLaren, John Ortberg and Adrian Plass.
The real goal is to find some people where you'd think "Golly, gee, if X and Y like it, it must be good!" So I'm looking for both cutting-edge people and safe-pair-of-hands people, and it's probably important that they be people known in the USA as well as the UK. I'm told that Philip Yancey is out of bounds, though.
I've got a little list already, but I'd love to hear what y'all think, especially any of you in the US&A. Whose recommendation would you trust, and whose recommendation would some of your more normal/boring Christian friends and relations trust?
