| I'm fronting one of the forth-coming videos in the "Christian Life &" series which Mark Greene began with Christian Life & Work all those years ago. Mine is, predictably, going to be about the Bible. My main task for July and August was putting together a preliminary draft of a script for all six episodes. I finally had a chance to present it and start talking it through with the video team last week. I'm excited about it. |
| My favourite part is that I'm structuring it as a chiasm (although I'm not actually making a point of that in the video). The first episode will be called "What are we to make of the Bible?" and the final one hearkens back to it, but transforms it: "What is the Bible going to make out of us?" |
| Lots of rewrites ahead and then shooting and then editing... you won't see it for at least a year, but it feels good to have this first step -- the "contents draft" -- done and in process. |
