Not bad. Si Johnston dropped by the College Friday to say goodbye to folks before heading out to Ireland. It was good to spend some time chatting with him about his plans. Then Saturday, I was out with Jason Clark, speaking to his congregation at their weekend away together. Quiet Sunday at church and home. Then breakfast with Jon Harris on Monday morning.
Those are the first three entries under 'blogs' on my Safari bookmarks, three of the folks whose blogs more or less convinced me to reciprocate with my own -- thinking that if some people enjoy hearing what I'm thinking and doing half as much as I appreciated hearing the amazing things that these former students get up to, then it's worth blogging.
Three very different guys. If I squint my eyes and deliberately dis-focus, I see watercolours of a prophet, a teacher and a monk. What they have in common -- they're none of them standing still, not hardly for a minute. Go people, go! |
