Histogram

Histogram displays the distribution of pixels in an image by showing the graph of how they are presented at each color intensity level. In CoLocalizer Pro, it serves to provide a visual feedback on your images before and after background correction step.

Colocalization

Estimation of colocalization is the primary purpose of the software. To do this, CoLocalizer Pro employs a number of specialized coefficients based on respective algorithms. Split Image

Splits images according to the channels to be analyzed. Useful when you keep double-stained immunofluorescense images as overlayed (merged) files only, but still need to view staining for each of two colocalized antigens separately.

Merge

This tool combines two image channels into one making resulted image suitable for colocalization analysis. Use it when results of your double-staining ummunofluorescence experiments are saved according to single channels and then need to be merged for quantification purposes. View movie...
