In addition, you can also use link under CoLocalizer Pro and CoLocalizer Express menu to view hot tips online. CoLocalizer Pro and CoLocalizer Express downloads contain Documentation folders. In these folders, you will find User Guide and Read Me files (in English and Japanese for CoLocalizer Pro). Just in case you lost the User Guide, you may download it in PDF format here. | ||

Known issues (CoLocalizer Pro) | ||
If you want to save ROI of the images in JPEG format, the ROI other than rectangle in shape will be saved with black background. This happens because JPEG file format does not support alpha channel and does not allow the proper masking to occur. | ||
Troubleshooting | ||
If you experience unexpected issues with application, it is possible that its preference file is corrupted. To check it, go to Users>yourUserName>Library>Preferences and locate the com.CRS.CoLocalizer.Pro.plist (CoLocalizer Pro) or com.CRS.CoLocalizer.Express.plist (CoLocalizer Express) file. Move this file out from Preferences folder. Then, start application. If no issues remain, delete the moved .plist file. It was causing the issues. | ||
