Known issues (CoLocalizer Pro)

If you want to save ROI of the images in JPEG format, the ROI other than rectangle in shape will be saved with black background. This happens because JPEG file format does not support alpha channel and does not allow the proper masking to occur.

Troubleshooting

If you experience unexpected issues with application, it is possible that its preference file is corrupted. To check it, go to Users>yourUserName>Library>Preferences and locate the com.CRS.CoLocalizer.Pro.plist (CoLocalizer Pro) or com.CRS.CoLocalizer.Express.plist (CoLocalizer Express) file. Move this file out from Preferences folder. Then, start application. If no issues remain, delete the moved .plist file. It was causing the issues.
