CoLocalizer Express is a lite version of CoLocalizer Pro. It is created for students and beginners. If you do not need advanced image viewing capabilities of CoLocalizer Pro, and can be satisfied with saving results in a simple way, CoLocalizer Express is a program for you.
Main window of CoLocalizer Express application displays a pair of channels according to which calculations are performed (1), Pixel Information for both Image and Scatter Gram ROI (2), and results of coefficients calculations under Image ROI tab (3). Background Correction and Save Results buttons at the bottom of the window are for performing background correction and saving results of colocalization coefficients calculations.
