CoLocalizer Express is a made to run on both Intel- and PowerPC-based Macs natively. The software will adjust automatically to run at peak performance for your Mac's architecture.
Main window of CoLocalizer Express application displays a pair of channels according to which calculations are performed (1), Pixel Information for both Image and Scatter Gram ROI (2), and results of coefficients calculations under Image ROI tab (3). Background Correction and Save Results buttons at the bottom of the window are for performing background correction and saving results of colocalization coefficients calculations.
