CoLocalization Research Software was founded in June 2003 for the purpose of creating the best scientific solution for quantitative colocalization analysis of fluorescence images obtained using confocal microscopy. We aimed to write software which, in addition to its high scientific value, can be really fun to use. Colocalization of antigens is one of the most frequently cited observations in modern cell and molecular biological studies. CoLocalizer Pro and CoLocalizer Express, two applications developed by the company, assist the science community by providing tools to evaluate colocalized antigens quantitatively. Our software helps to obtain new and objective information about proteins and nucleic acids visualized using fluorescence techniques. The company is based in Japan and Switzerland.
