Sweet Corn Casserole

1(15 1/4-ounce) can whole kernel sweet corn, drained
1(14 3/4-ounce) can creamed corn
1package(8-ounce) corn muffin mix (like Jiffy)
1cupsour cream
½cupbutter, melted
1cupshredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix together
the corn, muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter. Pour
into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or
until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with Cheddar.
Return to oven for 10 more minutes to melt the cheese.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
