Easy White Chili with Chicken

2cupschopped onion
2clovesgarlic, minced
1tablespoonolive oil
215-ounce cans white beans, drained
14.5ouncecanchicken broth
24-ounce cans diced green chiles
2tablespoonsItalian seasoning
4cupscubed, cooked chicken breast
1cupshredded Monterey Jack cheese
1cupchunky salsa (mild or hot)
½cupchopped fresh cilantro

In a 4-quart pot, saute the onion and garlic in oil until onions are tender. Stir in beans, chicken broth, chiles and seasoning. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in chicken; heat through. Garnish each serving with cheese, salsa and cilantro.
