Pasta Salad with Tomato and Basil

10ouncessmall shell pasta, cooked and well drained
6medium chopped plum tomatoes (juices reserved)
1bunch minced scallions
4crushed garlic cloves
¼cupextra virgin olive oil
¼cupchopped fresh parsley
3tablespoonschopped fresh basil
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1cupchopped olives
½cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Serve immediately at room temperature, or cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.
