Quick Teriyaki Shrimp and Rice

1lg. onion, chopped
1clovegarlic, crushed
extra virgin olive oil
¾Lb.shrimp, thawed, deveined, cut in half
1cupcooked rice
teriyaki sauce to taste

Heat frying pan over medium heat and add enough oil to cover bottom; swirl around sides. Saute onion and garlic until golden, add rice and shrimp. Saute for about 5 minutes or until shrimp is pink and done.
