Beer Cheese Fondue

3cans cheddar cheese soup
1lb.shredded Swiss cheese
4clovesfresh garlic, chopped
dash cayenne pepper
¼bottle beer (or to desired consistency)

Combine all ingredients in a fondue pot and heat until bubbling, stirring constantly until cheese melts and mixture is smooth (add a little more beer if too thick. Keep warm.
