Rate Information
Room rates vary depending on the size and amenities offered. Most rooms have private baths. All have a TV with remote control and radio with alarm. Each room has large closet space, bureaus and desks or tables for work space. Irons and hair dryers available. All our bedrooms are seasonally adjusted to be warm in the winter and air conditioned for the summer.
We will hold your space with a major Credit Card, but not charge you until you arrive. We also specialize in longer term Executive Stay where a deposit may be required. Our rates for weekly stays are calculated as the daily rate minus one day and the monthly rate as the weekly rate minus one week. These rates, however can be flexible.
As customary in the industry, we have a 14 day cancellation policy, but unlike many other hotels, we will charge only a portion of your stay and the resulting credit is good for up to 1 year.
