letter from Mr. Crump-Bertram
Parents and Students,
Thank you so much for visiting the Century Middle School
music website. We hope that this site will be a valuable
resource for all parents and students. I would like to take
a second to introduce myself. My name is Jared
Crump-Bertram and this will be my second year at Century
Middle School. I grew up in this area of the state and
earned both my Bachelors and Masters degrees from the
University of Northern Colorado. My primary instrument is
the Trumpet, my secondary instrument is very unique so I
challenge you to figure out what it is. I have a young
family, my wife Jennifer and I have a 4 year old girl Ella
and a 2 year old boy Aidan. My other passion is Aviation
and I just recently earned my private pilots license and am
continuing to earn other ratings. I have taught at both the
middle school level, and I was also the band director at
Thornton High School. I am excited about this year at
Century Middle school and all the great music that we will
make and learn about.
