From January 9 through January 21, twenty-five people from the Mountain Valley Mission Community of Shenandoah Presbytery participated in a work trip in Gulfport, MS. Working with Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, we were part of the cleanup and rebuilding effort on the gulf coast in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. This site documents our work, tells our stories and displays our pictures.
