Zeno's Paradox
October 23, 2003 - t.A.T.u.

So I was browsing Michael Stipe's playlist on the iTunes Music Store and found that he had included t.A.T.u.'s "All the Things She Said" on the list. For the hell of it, I decided to purchase the album as I like their sound. I was roughly expectng something sumilar to American female teenage angst pop, such as Pink or that skater chick. I was very surprised when I found out that "All the Things She Said" was (to me) the low point of the album. I listened through it last night and really enjoyed it. Perhaps this isn't such a bug surprise, given that I was also a fan of the Spice Girls. Perhaps producer-driven artifical foreign bands are not so bad after all.
