Zeno's Paradox
February 28, 2003 - France to try and make the EU irrelevant also?

I ran across this link at the Financial Times. Apparently, France is refusing to stay within the 3% deficit spending as imposed by the EU. Apparently since their economy is not so hot (as is everyone else's), they will not rein in their spending as Germany and Portugal have already done.

So, is this action any more or less unilateral than the US has been with respect to the UN?
