What is compost worth? Here is a sample of one day's harvest in late August from our Compost Garden. A cornucopia!

   
This lettuce rivals anything grown in Findhorn's magical garden.
Kohlrabi looks otherworldly.
Beets - greens and red root.
So many Herbs: Curry Plant, Bay Leaf, Mint, Sage, Oregano, Winter Savoury.
Green and Yellow Zucchini, Patty Pans, and Acorn Squash
Corn from the garden "field".
Blackberries picked by the fence, rhubarb for a pie.
Russian Blue Potatoes grown in a barrel.
Kale, both Red Russian and Lacinato.
Onions pulled from the ground.
In amongst the food, flowers: Zinnia, Cosmos, Calendula, Verbena, Fever Few.
