When
we added Lead Nitrate Pb(NO3)2 into the
reaction
Because Lead Nitrate is a very active
oxidant(This means it like to oxidize other)
It
might destroy the structure of enzyme, disrupt the chemical environment(because
its preference to oxidize) and the detection of starch (it can oxidize
iodine)
I don't think it binds to any enzyme
and stop their function

Lead
nitrate is a strong Toxin and inflammable
reagent
avoid any contact and put near any heat
objects!!
