This Playful Clock is the Rapture for Nerds!!!

Finally a clock that is even more fun than a binary clock, plus much easier to read --- quantities are intuitive --- for example when you see 3 dimes and you think 30 cents. Plus, the design has a contemporary architectural look that jumps over the word boring, every 4 seconds. Each digit randomly changes every 4 seconds yet stays the same. How? The quantity lit in each group only changes on the minute as the clock advances, while the pattern changes every 4 seconds --- very entertaining, and much easier to see than explain. Call it Darwinian --- the evolution of contemporary fun.

It requires a very minor brain adjustment. Just watch it a few seconds and you will see the light and the logic. The frustration is that 5 year old children usually adapt and learn it very quickly, but of course we know they are really --- the aliens among us!

How do you read the time?

Four separate groups, (each group a different color) of glowing squares act like the four digits of a digital clock.

The quantity lit in each group is the time. Above 1 red, 2 green, 3 blue, and 4 red is 12:34
