I have opened a second base to work from, in sunny Spain! To be precise, in the old town of Malaga on the Mediterranean coast of Andalucia. The advantages especially in the winter months are pretty straightforward: blue skies, great light and balmy temperatures - in short, everything a location shooter needs!
