First day in Thailand We were off and running! The suite at the Conrad was inredible and the grounds just as pretty. A quick shower then off to the HUGE outdoor market...

The lighted room you see is the bath behind glass Our seating area..bath to left Huge bed with a "pillow menu" to order custom! This was my present! I called her Mango!! Orchids and fruit changed daily on our table! Rose apples and who knows what else. YUM! The vanity area. I want this bathroom Always a fresh flower in every nook and cranny By the HUGE tub. The curtains draw by a button! The Hotel gave us this rubber duckie elephant The heavenly shower. The roof rains on you!!!! Leaving hotel to hit the market for shopping We didn't know which way to turn first This market is miles and miles of merchandise It was early and no crowds yet It was 10:00 and about 90 degrees Baking some kind of sweet bean paste buns I really liked the colors in this photograph All the food looked so awesome. Bought 2 handmade silk purses for $5 each Handcrafts as far as the eye could see We didn't put a dent in this market. Went back twice. Pennies each for these embroidered pouches The Thai loved their bugs and butterflies Shudder..glad this one was under glass There was a booth for everything imaginable See no Evil, Hear no Evil, Speak no Evil????? A lamp shop Dang! Why didn't I buy the carved Bettas!!!! I loved this artist! She was so sweet and loved color Dang again. this was very cool. I needed this!!! Ooooh for my Garden! A perfect pair! These were very large The drummer boy doubles as a great Sherpa! More bugs! Would like to see some live ones! Finally a nice cool drink and a place to sit We were so wiped out by noon..too hot! Then we ate some of the hottest Thai food possible The seafood soup was too good for words!! These guys were rockin!!! This market is incredible
