A wheel of handmade, Italian-style cheese suitable for grating cooking addition.   Aged it's texture and flavor resemble those of the finest European cheese.

Brandywine (banon style)
Aged in a mixture of brandy and hard cider this chèvre is then wrapped in a grapeleaf with raffia.   A stunning addition to any cheese tray.
