Front Row doesn't play well with video_ts and .avi files (and others). My Macs will play the video but not the sound. Some Macs just crash when .avi files are selected.

DivX Player has solved the .avi problem. Thousands of Mac users are waiting for a video_ts solution. The DivX Player install is a quick fix. it works well on my Macs.

Now we just need Apple to smooth out playback and a few other Front Row quirks, and a third-party hopefully will figure out how to get Front Row to dance with video_ts files.


