Here are some photos of the Zune and the iPod side by side.

Given that the Zune does so much more than the iPod, the comparison isn't that interesting to me. WiFIi functionality adds to the Zune's size, and so does a larger display. My guess is, however, if Apple matched Microsoft feature for feature the iPod wouldn't be that big.


