Nice. Walmart and Apple Computer are talking, allegedly, about making it happen as a couple rather than going it alone.

This is great for Apple and super great for WalMart.

WalMart will have Apple design a special storefront for the massive retailer with branding and Christian-safe content, both video and music, and Apple will have access to millions of easy to get to customers. Love it.

So, where's that irony I mentioned? Well, they're doing a lot more (it would seem) than Apple is in making the world a cleaner place to live. Really, smaller iPod nano packaging and a trade-in program doesn't really cut it, Apple (I'm talking to you too AlGore. Affectionally, of course, because I know you're going to make it a better company than Drexler would like it to be).


