K700i resource: Google SMSUpdated 1.19.05: I've been trying to
use G's SMS features, but it takes way too long to receive the response from
Google's server(s). Frankly, if I'm out and about and need a phone number or
address and it doesn't come within a couple of minutes then the service isn't
any use to me. Given that it takes up to an hour or more, it's just plain
useless. Maybe it's my provider, T-Mobile, maybe it's Google, but either way I
need an immediate
response.
/end update. This is pretty handy stuff. Check out Google SMS page for complete details on the stuff you can do with this service. Much faster than hitting the web with the K700i's browser, and in my experience it's more accurate. Thanks Google. fishingenthusiast.com podcastnation.com tubesok.com Posted: Fri - November 19, 2004 at 08:29 PM |
