K700i Bluetooth issue

I bought two K700i's and two Jabra Freespeak BT250's last week. So far my wife and I have really enjoyed them. However, in the last day or so, one of the K700i's has been acting up.

There appears to be an issue with the Bluetooth connection on the K700i my wife is using. The BT250 pairs with the K700i well, but the connection will spontaneously disconnect then connect again. This can happen several times in a two or three minute period of time.

I've swapped the parrings between the two BT250's and the problem continued, so the issue being directly related to the Freespeaks has been ruled out. I rang SE with the issue and they're sending me a new battery. Since I swapped the batteries after speaking with SE and the problem persisted, I've pretty much ruled the battery out as well.

The one upside is that SE offers web-based firmware updates, the only issue there is that a PC is required. We're PC-free here, so I'll have to work something else out. Perhaps a DSS-25 and VPC will do the trick. I'll get my hands on a cradle and try it.

After googling the problem, I found a few messageboards with similar complaints. No solutions. If any of you have solved this issue with your K700i drop me a note.

It's not the end of the world, but at $339 plus shipping, this certainly is a disappointment.
