how much are we willing to pay at the pump?
major failure on the democrats
part.
not just them of course.
this abu ghraib/guantanamo bay/haiti
situation is such a load of bullshit. and if the democrats really gave a shit
about the situation "overseas" even a tenth as much as they care about the
situation in their own back yard then this story would have broken six months
ago or never even happened at all. if they gave a shit and so paid attention.
assholes. lying sacks of
shit.
it's not just the
democrats, of course. we americans have just adapted ourselves to settling for
fat pimp assholes, self-serving soulless manipulative self-aggrandizing lying
greedy unprincipled narrow-minded mafioso politicians. or else sincere idiots.
it only takes a few of the former to lead an army of the latter. a ladder to
hell, more like it. and i think the thing that perpetuates the situation is the
elephant in the motherfucking livingroom: americans are living high on the hog
with the current world economic system. and we really can't imagine how we would
live without all the oil we use today and the even more that we plan to use
tomorrow. to be an american is to be an environmental disaster. and the only way
we are going to get all that oil we want at a price we want to pay is to
terrorize the oil producing parts of the
globe.
until your average
american recognizes and accepts the necessity to let go of oil we will be
involved in a bloody struggle to get it on the cheap. that's the real test for
america. how much are we willing to pay at the pump?
