ytt certification

after 5 weeks wait, the word is out...

it's official...i am now certified by todd norian ...and i'm teaching my first anusara inspired workshop on saturday october 23 at yoga now in dedham mass at 12:30pm. bring a mat, blocks, and a strap, if you've got them, and prepare yourself for 2.5 hours of heart opening yoga, & juicy sweaty bliss. whew!
