Happy to report everything is great after surgery.... everything was great. I would call it a very successful surgery. I really couldn't have asked for a better outcome. All the previous symptoms are gone!!! Again, thank you for your personal care during the 3 days in Warrenton. Really happy I found you [Dr. Chang]. Thanks again.

Dear Dr Chang, Greetings. My name is Trish... who has been diagnosed with a 3cm ZD. I reside in New South Wales Australia. I have read with interest your work with this disease... [You] have done excellent research regarding the [endoscopic] procedure.

Dear Dr. Phillips, I'd like to give a word of thanks for some very helpful information I got off of your website. The page is called "Correct use of nasal sprays for eustachian tube dysfunction". You might find my case useful for your patients. Here is my story: I am a 46 year old male and have never had allergy problems or Eustachian tube problems until last spring. I got an ear infection last march and took an antibiotic which took it away. What remained is that my left Eustachian tube was blocked and couldn't hear very well. I went to several doctors who all told me to take Sudafed, etc. It eventually cleared up in June. I was hoping it was a one time thing, but no such luck. This spring the same ear closed up again. I didn't have any infection this year. I started taking Sudafed and another decongestant and did that for about a month with no improvement. I tried several other things just in case, but nothing helped. I could hear the fluid sloshing around but couldn't get rid of it. I happened on your website and saw the page referred to above. I had some leftover Nasonex so put that in immediately. The next morning I bought some generic brand Afrin. I sprayed it at the angle your website suggested and popped my ears by blowing and holding my nose several times over the next 3-4 hours at which time it opened up. It has been open since then which has been about 3 weeks. It seems like this was exactly what I needed and no doctor or any of the advice givers told me this. I am very glad I found your website and I hope that this technique will serve me well the rest of my life. I haven't heard of anyone else having conditions quite like me. I thought you might be interested in hearing this.

Dear Dr. Chang, You went above and beyond and for that, I'll always be grateful. Again, Thanks.

Thanks for great information on your website. It helped a lot. I am trying to research whether LPR can cause burning and fluid problems. If I lived closer, I would come see you. Thanks again!

My name is Julie and I read your article on "The Chronic Cough". It was like reading my very life before my eyes! I had Bronchitis about 12 years ago which left me with a cough. I have had every test known and no one can explain this cough. Until I read your article! Makes such perfect sense to me. I sent your article to my Doctor ...

Dear Dr. Chang, I wanted to let you know that I TRULY appreciate all that you do as a physician. This comes from my direct experience as both a patient, and a colleague.

I very much enjoyed reading about you online. I had done a search on vocal strain and throat pain and related things like TMJ and I found your information there helpful.

I appreciated the clear and concise discussion of laryngeal sensory neuropathy on your site. The web site is great. How I wish your practice was located in Tucson, Arizona!

I write with excellent news! I took my first pill of Amitriptyline (10mg) at 5pm on Monday, Oct 29. By the very next day - my coughing had been reduced, by my estimate, 80%. I continue to have 3-4 minor coughing attacks each day - but the frequency and duration are greatly curtailed. The change has been simply remarkable!!! and I can't thank you enough!!!

Dear Dr. Chang, I just found your page on chronic cough under your website. I cannot believe that this might be the answer I have been waiting for! I have had a chronic cough for almost 17 years! I have been through so many tests and treatments with absolutely NO relief. Nothing has ever helped to stop the cough ... is the first time in years and years that I feel hopeful this cough may not be with me for the rest of my life.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I was really so confused and you really helped me... thanks again!
