This section enhances the patient-physician relationship by giving you 24-hour access to patient specific instructions and communication tools. It is provided by the Fauquier Ear, Nose, and Throat Consultants, PLC to help make your first and subsequent visits to our clinic an easy, no-hassle experience.

• You can print and fill out our patient encounter forms (which all patients need to complete) before your appointment to expedite your visit with us. More specific forms based on your symptoms are available to help your doctor understand your complaints.
• You can view information on what to expect before and after surgery as well.
• Prescription refills are available only to those patients who have had medications prescribed by us.
