Prescription Requests

We no longer offer online prescription refills due to lack of use by patients (over a 6 month trial period, only 10 prescription requests were obtained via online). At some point in the future if enough patients request this service, we may re-offer it again.

You may email a prescription request to your physician, but keep in mind that email is NOT a sercure form of communication. If you do email, please give us your:

• full name
• date of birth
• medication desired and dose
• weight if child
• any drug allergies
• pharmacy you would like the medication called into.

You may also call our office (540-347-0505).

We will NOT honor any requests for narcotics or benzodiazepines. You must call our office for these medications. Some antibiotic requests may be honored depending on your history and problem, but usually these requests will be denied as well without a physician visit.
