WE DON'T NEED NO EDUCATION

This weekend, on a vast expanse of lawn along Glass
Run Road in Baldwin Borough, I saw a hand-lettered sign that
read:
SCHOOL TAX IS A RIP.
I had occasion to drive past it twice, and I laughed heartily both times. Because you gotta love freedom of speech. You gotta love people with the passion of their convictions. And you gotta love people who think that educating our children is not a worthy investment.
